3. 40% after supplying of all materials at the work site.
4. 10% on completion of work and handing over.
5. Work will be completed in 60 working days after providing all necessary work
requirements.
6. Any work apart the specifications will be charged extra as per execution cost.
7. Power supply & water to be provided wherever necessary at site.
8. Lockable room to be provided at site for safe storage of material and tools.
9. Any civil work defects to be rectified at site from your end.

measurements will be done at site as per site conditions & joint measurement.
